Close vicinity of supermarket and other shops yet out of Fira town (10 min walk) so it was also quiet. Had transfer from airport and also to ferry upon departure. Rooms were basic but satisfactory - but the pool area was fantastic with kids pool also, fully recommend

The rooms here were clean and had everything we needed, including a private bathroom and balcony.

Don't use it if you're not into the walking up to 30-45 minutes to the main square of the Thira. And also if you're femal,e alone, please chosse another one, cause you must use an main road to Akrotiri to walk near after parties, and that can be pretty scary cause of dark and full of nothing. Don't choose it also if you expect to be near to the beach. To the nearest one you need 20 minutes walking down the hill but versa is more than 40.Using a pool isn't of the villas. Owner of the hotel next to the Villa has an agreement to accept guests from the villa. During a day, getting arest it's impossible, cause the villa is next to the main road and full of traffic jam.

Not very clean, although is new it looks very dated, the room type you request has nothing to do with the room you will finally get, the owner will have the last word.
